site. The purpose of this research program is to develop a causal model that predicts
and accounts for the variance in the measurement of Burnout, Compassion Fatigue,
and Resiliency Studies among human service professionals. This web site contains
relevant materials for the research program, starting with a focus on social
workers, particularly in the area of child welfare services. Related links

The purpose
of this research program is understand worker spirits, the factors that protect
and inspire human service workers to thrive in their job. The major objective
