A Short History Of The T-26

               T-26 was one of the most mass-produced tank of pre-war years.
               It was used in Spain (300 units), conflicts near Hazan Lake, Halkhin-
               Gol River, Soviet Liberation of Western Belarus and Ukraine (In the
               Western Literature the last 2 actions are called "Soviet invasion of
               Poland")

               It was used during WW2 as well (1941-1942 mostly)
               On 1 Jan 1992 there were 9665 tanks.
               Some were fighting during the siege of Leningrar until 1944.
               Some were used during the Destruction of Kwantoung Army in 1945.

               In the Soviet Union T-26 was usually organized as separate Light Tank
               Brigades as well as support detachments in infantry divisions.

               Most of them were destroyed by German artillery and aviation. Many
               went out of order from long usage term.
               Many were lost during Red Army retreat 1941.

               During the sixties T-26 was exported to Turkey (60 units), China (82
               units), Spain, Afganistan.

               Captured T-26 were used by Finnish Army during the war and some even
               until fifties.
