2009 Faculty Sabbatical awarded for the fall of 2010

2009 Canadian Social Science and Humanities Council: $149,000. Collaborator. Three year grant to support the production of an open source documentary based on the material developed in our book, Preempting Dissent.

2009 Institute for Energy Systems, Economics and Sustainability: $249,800. Principle Investigator. Two year grant to support the production of a series of public service announcements and a short documentary aimed at Florida policy makers.

2008 Committee on Faculty Research Support (COFRS): $13,000. Grant to pay summer salary to support the post-production of the documentary, Beating Justice.

2008 Committee on Ethics in Research and Creative Activity: $10,000. Grant to develop a series of graduate student workshops for creative projects that address issues of copyright, peer review and human subjects/consent form clearance. Co-Applicant with Dr. Donna Nudd.
