Professor Goff and Professor Moore
conduct a weekly Trumpet Class for all
FSU trumpet students as an enhancement to the instruction in their private lessons.
Activities include:
- solo performances by the students with piano accompaniment
- performance demonstrations by Professor's Goff
and Moore
- lecture/demonstrations on various trumpet topics by
the professors and the graduate teaching assistants
- listening and analysis of new recordings
- performing etudes for each other
- guest master classes by visiting trumpet artists,
composers, etc.
