They dated
and fell in love in 2000. Kat and Chuck worked together professionally
during that summer. And during a long auto trip to San Antonio, Texas (to
present the first Military Traumatology training at the Ft. Sam Houston
US Army Medical Services) they discovered how much they enjoyed each other's
company. The time spent during the long drive gave them a new opportunity
to get to know each other at a personal level.
