Facilitated "Governmental Pursuit," A process oriented program review that summarized a four day training conference with an experiential methodology. This hour and a half experiential review game summarizing the FCPM Level VIII Graduation program was delivered to 99 upper middle public managers from various departments of the State of Florida in May, 1994

Delivered "Styles and Leadership In Getting the Job Done," An experientially oriented training program exploring issues concerning work allocation. This one day workshop, delivered to 23 field office managers, explored delegation, planning, and feedback in the context of self discovery of personal styles, leadership styles, and basic assumptions.  Delivered to the Department of Labor and Employment Security, Region I, May, 1994

Facilitated "Issues Concerning Leading and Facilitating Meetings," A process oriented program exploring task and process issues of meetings.
