I was honored to have been invited to speak to the members of this professional group.  I was charged with the responsibility to renew them to the learnings of their professional designation of CPM.  I shared with them lessons from the new book titled, "First Break All The Rules: What Great Managers Do Differently".  The lessons from this book are actually validation of some very important historical theories about human nature and management that we share with participants in our programs.
