In this course we put a lot of emphasis upon
learning how to
write "good problems" for children. So what is a good problem? Well the
following is a consolidation of the last two classes' efforts to build a
rubric for evaluating the quality of a good problem. This likely will not
be our last attempt at writing such a rubric (afterall we are lifelong
learners continually revising our thinking as we gather new
information). See Sample Rubric for Writing a Quality
Problem/Activity.
