I'm Lorri Mon, an Assistant Professor at Florida State University's College of Communication and Information, School of Library and Information Studies. Research Interests
My research areas include intermediated online question-asking and question answering (also known as "digital reference" or "virtual reference"), digital libraries, and e-government. I've done research in areas such as Web 2.0, chat reference, and virtual worlds.
