Humerus Links - Humuhumunukunukuapu'aa

In the wake of the Maui Pre-Conference, it was decided that the PGSG homepage needed something to tickle your funny bone, as opposed to breaking it in two. That being said, the links and pictures below are to remind people of the trip, of the scholarship, the fun, and that we often learn something about those around us in the oddest of times.

Dem Bones, Dem Bones - Breaking News

Shannon O'Lear must have been doing some extremely difficult fieldwork to shatter an arm that badly. We all know that conferencing is a difficult activity, with many risks. It was reported that she was trying to strongarm Geroid O'Tuathail for some reason that may have been related to a future joint publication.Wrestling with the issues must have been truly stressful. For all her efforts, she was cast into a role that required her to stay another day in Maui. (Yes, another stinking day in paradise, on major pain-killers.) The links are to scanned x-rays, for the those sick individuals that want to see the before and after shots.
