I also offer courses in the history of the Old South, Atlantic World, and Historical Methods. I am tenured in the Department of History and I have a courtesy appointment in the FSU College of Law.
I am active in several professional organizations, including the Southern Historical Association, the American Society for Legal History, and the Organization of American Historians. For each of these groups I have served on the program or nominating committees.
