Alas, I must start with the negatives:

I don't open email attachments, including document or html files.
I don't open embedded links in email. 

There have been too many problems with computer viruses and hackers. This is especially true for University computers, which have proven to be hotbeds of infection. I have had to do an entire "wipe and reload" a couple of times on my main computer. Not fun.

PLEASE DO NOT SLIDE PAPERS UNDER MY DOOR OR UNDER THE EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY & LEARNING SYSTEMS SUITE DOOR!

DO NOT slide papers under my office door.They may or may not be placed on my desk--where I may not be able to find them. No one who has ever seen my desk would ever do anything so foolish. Similar problems occur with materials slid under the EPLS suite door.

ONE MORE NOTE ON EMAIL: Widespread viruses spread through email use subject lines such as "hi" "hello" "hi there" "thanks" or "my test" or no subject heading at all. PLEASE USE SOME OTHER SUBJECT LINE. I will delete without opening any emails that have subject lines such as "hi" or "my assignment." 

Here are some alternatives if you absolutely cannot hand updates to me in person:

• FAX to the Educational Psychology & Learning Systems Office (850) 644-8776. Please be sure to put my name and EDP 5285 on the Cover Sheet and include the total number of pages

• Mail (USE FIVE DAYS ADVANCE NOTICE!)  to Dr. Susan Carol Losh, Educational Psychology  & Learning Systems, FSU, Tallahassee, FL 32306-4453

• Include as text in an email. PLEASE DO NOT USE HTML, which my Eudora program can turn into unreadable source code.


In all these alternatives, your assignment MUST reach me by the stated due  dates. Please be sure to include your name!
