How to Submit Material for Analysis

1. E-mail me at trlong@mailer.fsu.edu. I will send a response with an estimated time of completion and an approximate phone consultation time.

2. Print the Release Form and sign it. Enclose it with your script, a money order, and a SASE (for return of your script) to:

3. After you receive your analysis, read the material and formulate questions and/or ideas for the telephone consultation.
