I acknowledge that many unsolicited ideas, programs, slogans, scripts, stories, suggestions and other literary, or dramatic material which is submitted to you, is similar to material previously analyzed, previously submitted by others, or already under possession by you. I understand that no confidential relationship is established with submission of any material to you. I further realize that you must protest yourself against any unwarranted claims by refusing to accept, examine, or evaluate any material submitted to you unless my acceptance of each and all provisions of this agreement and you are assured that you shall have the unqualified right to finally determine whether such material or any part thereof is in fact considered, analyzed or covered by you.
Without any suggestion or request from you, I am submitting certain material to you herewith (the "Submitted Material"). You agree that you shall return coverage/analysis based on the Submitted Material as stipulated on the analysis web page fro the following service that I am requesting: Screenplay Analysis - for which I have submitted a money order for the amount of $300.00 US Dollars, in exchange for 6-8 pages of screenplay analysis as stipulated on your web page and this shall be conclusive in order to execute that the analysis of the Submitted Material be evaluated by you and binding upon and all persons, firms, and corporations claiming through me.
I represent and warrant that I am the sole owner and author of the Submitted Material, that it is original with me, and that I have the exclusive right to submit it to you upon the terms and conditions of this letter. I retain all rights to submit the Submitted Material or any similar materials to persons other than you. I further understand and agree that you are not responsible for the return of any material submitted, and I acknowledge that I have retained a duplicate copy of such material in my possession.
It is understood that you will evaluate my material within a reasonable amount of time. You will make a reasonable effort to return the material to me. I acknowledge and understand that the copy or duplicate of the Submitted Material may be returned to me with marked notes, inadvertent damage, destruction or inadvertent loss.
I understand that review of my Submitted Material is a paid service and you have no other obligations or compensations owed to me except as service stated in this agreement. I further understand that you have the right to refuse my submitted material if not accompanied with a signed submission agreement and appropriate money order amount in US Dollars for services rendered and you will post return to sender if I do not meet the above provisions in this agreement you are not obligated in any way to accept my Submitted Material.
I understand that this form must be printed, thoroughly filled out, signed, and sent to you along with copy of my Submitted Material, and money order.
