SGS is an academic and professional
organization dedicated to providing students the opportunity
to engage in the ever-expanding network of academics and professionals.
The Society is an official student chapter of the American
Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS);
however, membership is open to all students interested in
any field of the geospatial sciences. SGS is committed to
fostering social and professional relationships among students
and faculty within the university, as well as, industry professionals
and active members at the national level.
